Hello,

We have several laptops with Virtualbox installed on Windows 7 hosts. In Vbox Ubuntu 14.04 LTS is installed as is MySQL 5.5 We have a shared disk in the virtual environment, which can be reached from all laptops. Now we are trying to share the database but we cannot connect to it. It looks like MySQL keeps opening a local version on the system. It seems to refuse creating the database on the shared disk.
